Take a guided walk around Pooh Corner and learn why locals fought so hard to protect it from industrial development.

The area is home to one of Australia’s largest urban kangaroo populations.

Wallabies and koalas may also be seen, along with a wide range of birds.

This gentle walk will be followed by a presentation by local conservationists, to discuss how community campaigning can result in wins for the environment.

Event presented by Friends of Pooh Corner, and Wolston and Centenary Catchments Inc.
